I am so sick of this domestic abuse case between Chris"Beat A Bitch Down"Brown and Rihanna"Dumb Bitch" Fenty. Rihanna is so stupid how can you forgive a person who smashes your head into the glove department. If I was Rihanna I would kick his ass to the curb. For Chris Brown I truly believe he should do some time in jail. Now supposedly shes pregnant. This Whole Thing needs to Go away and I'll Be so Happy When It Does.
Surprise, surprise. According to TMZ, Chris Brown doesn't want to go to jail. Apparently he wants to cop to a misdemeanor, with no jail time attached. Will he get that? He could, since it seems like Rihanna wants this whole thing to just go away... and Chris striking a deal will keep it out of the courts.Also, TMZ says that the police report states that Rihanna was fighting Chris as well, which could prevent Chris from having to make a felony plea.Then again, we all saw the disturbing photo of what Rihanna looked like after the attack. That's some of the best evidence in the case, and it shows how much stronger Chris is than Rihanna. There's also the fact that Rihanna told cops Chris had been violent toward her before.Lastly, the detective's note states that Chris apologized about what he had done in a text message to her assistant -- that text would be admissable in court and seen as as legal admission of guilt.It all sounds pretty complicated (in the legal sense, not in the moral one) and there could be a bunch of possible outcomes, so really, we'll just have to see what plays out.
